Lisamarie Arnold
- Marketing & CommunicationsLisamarie Arnold is a Milwaukee, Wisconsin native with a Master’s in Journalism from Marquette University. For the past twenty years, she has provided development leadership for non-profit organizations in the environmental, health and social service fields. She is highly regarded for her ability to provide a creative approach to a wide range of campaign management components including the development of corporate sponsorship programs, major gift cultivation and solicitation, private grantsmanship, human resource management and development, design of campaign materials, and overall operations. Lisamarie has also been the key executor of many special events such as the Wisconsin Breast Cancer’s Rare Chair Affair, United Cerebral Palsy’s Taste of Milwaukee, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin’s Al’s Run, and The Great Circus Parade, to name a few. Her vast experience in both the public and private sectors gives her the expert edge in the field of marketing. With clients such as W.H. Brady, Johnson Controls, S.C. Johnson, and Monsanto International, she has encompassed all aspects of advertising trends, public relations activities, and relationship marketing. Lisamarie and her husband are volunteers in their church, children’s school and their community. As a breast cancer survivor, she is also a dedicated volunteer to events supporting a cure. (top)
Chris Bishop
- Graphic DesignChris has 17 years in creative direction. He has worked on large and small accounts keeping each project on strategy. His belief system is to keep it brilliant, brief and on brand. Chris has also taught at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. (top)
Jennifer Carlson
- Project ManagerJennifer Carlson is a Project Manager who has volunteered for and worked in the nonprofit arena for 20 years. Her work for nonprofit organizations has included experience with project management, database management, membership recruitment and retention, volunteer coordination and communication, marketing, events management, and the creation and coordination of small- to medium-sized mailings and communications. Jennifer has served in a number of volunteer leadership roles for an international historical society. She is a native of Minnesota and a graduate of Saint Olaf College (Northfield, MN). (top)
Jessica Gorecki - Project Manager
Jessica Gorecki, Project Manager provides excellent client service through her attention to detail, sound organizational skills and ability to streamline processes. Jessica creates and executes project work plans, revising them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Her ability to identify required resources and assign individual responsibilities is evident as she manages the day-to-day operational aspects and scope of projects.
Jessica is a dependable self-starter with very strong computer expertise, exceptional written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills. An energetic, hands-on professional, knowledgeable in all areas of the business process, she brings a wealth of experience in document control, meeting and event facilitation, effectively communicating relevant project information, and delivering engaging, informative, well-organized presentations. Kathy Kautz
- ResearchKathy joined The Legacy Group in 2002. Kathy has served as Grants Manager for private philanthropists and corporate giving programs, Project Manager for consultants to the non-profit world, as well as writer and editor for various Legacy publications. She provides excellent client service through her attention to detail and ability to simplify the complex. Prior to joining The Legacy Group, Kathy served as Trustee and Parish Council President at her church, Coordinator of Child and Youth Ministry Programs for two parishes, and earned her Advanced Religious Education Certification from the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. (top)
Mike Luedke
- Web Design & DevelopmentMike is co-founder of Vilcorp, Inc. and has several years of experience providing service and support to interactive media clients. He is the client’s advocate to interactive development teams during their project. He has project managed teams in Asia, Europe, India, and the U.S.A. Mike’s focus on scope, budget, and timeline issues assists in keeping interactive projects cost effective and high value. Mike also actively researches new search and interactive marketing techniques in order to help plan, execute, and analyze client campaigns. (top)
Craig Nauta
- AdvisorCraig is experienced in operations and public relations through leadership roles in numerous organizations. Serving 14 years as Executive Vice President of Mustard Seed Foundation, Craig worked with stakeholders to develop collaborative outcomes consistent with the organization's vision. Craig has conducted reviews with nonprofit organizations in 20 countries, developing a network of leaders in an array of geographic, economic, and cultural contexts. Craig expanded granting programs from $100,000 to $5 million through over 500 grants annually and established and managed scholarship initiatives with leading universities and colleges, including a national Fellowship program for societal leadership in government. His experience also includes the restructure and expansion of a child and adolescent health care services operation and the formation and development of Association research and philanthropy. (top)
Dawn Nuoffer
- Grant Writing & ResearchDawn specializes in resource development and grant writing. Dawn believes that creativity and innovation can effective and cost-efficient results in areas where traditional methods fall short and that a consultant has to truly understand client needs before you can understand and communicate the mission of the organization being served.
Dawn excels in the areas of creative and technical writing to include: private, public and government grants; direct mail correspondence; internal and external communication pieces; website copy; as well as organizational and fund development plans and supporting documents. Dawn’s strengths also include graphic design and photo layout, research, database management and staff training.

Sharon Stone
- Strategy Development & PlanningSharon’s expertise lies in partnering with clients to identify operational needs and performance gaps. She is a strategic thinker and uses a proactive approach to identify operational improvements that lead to overall financial success of her clients. Her goal is to help drive business results by providing relevant financial and operational data to small business entrepreneurs.
Sharon received her BA in Accounting from University of West Florida and is currently pursuing her CPA. She has held roles at organizations including Quad/Graphics, Virchow Krause, and Saltmarsh, Cleveland & Gund and is active in the ASWA (Association of Woman Accountants) as the recording secretary. - Web Design & DevelopmentDan is President and Lead Developer of Vilcorp, Inc. He has 10+ years of experience in web design and web application development. Dan is focused on delivering high value, custom web based technology solutions that are functionally integrated, user friendly, and aesthetically pleasing. He specializes in designing and programming content management systems in a variety of platforms for clients to administer to their own website, in addition to managing local and international teams for web design and development projects. - Accounting & Financial ManagementChuck is an accounting professional with over 35 years experience in public accounting and management serving clients in both the not-for-profit and for-profit worlds. Chuck’s background in organizational management and accounting for mid-size nonprofits combined with his interest in under-served communities positions him as a trusted advisor. Chuck served on Governor Tommy Thompson’s committee for Faith Based Initiatives; a groundbreaking effort to unite State government and faith communities to answer the ever growing needs of at-risk populations throughout Wisconsin. Currently he serves on the Board of Directors for the Trustees of Funds and Endowments for the Episcopal Diocese of Milwaukee. High levels of client service, attention to detail and a desire to provide clients with the financial management tools that allow them to direct their energies to their missions are Chuck’s goals.
